Room payment

Assemblyhotels.com currently offers a flexible room price only. When booking on our website, your payment card details are taken to confirm your booking. Full payment will be taken on check-in.

Amending or cancelling your booking

When booking our flexible price, you can cancel your reservation up to 12pm, 24 hours prior to your day of arrival. Any cancellations beyond this time, the full stay will be charged.

If you want to change the dates of your stay, this can also be done up to 12pm, 24 hours prior to your day of arrival. If the room prices for the new day(s) requested are higher, you will be charged for the rate increase on check-in.

Forget your reservation?

In the event that you don’t arrive as planned, the full stay will be charged to the payment card given at the time of booking.

If you have booked more than one night with us, your room will be held until 11am the following day after your planned arrival date. After this time, the room will be released.

Check-in and check-out times

Check-in time is 2pm
Check-out time is 11am

Pet Policy

We’re sorry, but we don’t allow pets at Assembly. Guide dogs and service animals are permitted.
